Preview: Content Box

Step one:

Start with a large black canvas, in your layers window make a new layer set. Name it Content Box. Choose your rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 8 pixels. In a new layer draw a 239 x 48 pixels, #2A568F colored rounded rectangle. Use the fixed size setting under rounded rectangle options to make the exact rounded rectangle. Cut the bottom corners of your rounded rectangle.

Step two:

Now draw a 2 pixels line on the same layer as your half rounded rectangle. Add a gradient overlay layer style:

Step three:

Choose your text tool and select font Arial from the list. Set the size to 13 pt, bold, none and white for color. In a new text layer type your title on the tab.

Step four:

Create a new layer. With your rectangle tool draw a 537 x 161 pixels, #D4DCE8 rectagle. Add a gradient overlay layer style:

Step five:

Choose your text tool and select font Arial from the list. Set the size to 18 pt, bold, none and #4189DD for color. In a new text layer type the title of your content. Use size 11 pt and black for color of your description.
